    I am a green tea fanatic, whether caffeinated or not. When I was in London last year, I had to buy tea-still savoring it.  Some women who are sensitive to caffeine will opt for decaf. They will still reap the benefits of antioxidants that help slow aging, eliminate free radicals, and improve skin health.

    Drinking too much caffeine is also not beneficial for anyone. If you can drink caffeinated tea do so, then alternate to decaffeinated.
