Mind and Body
What interest me in general is how far mind and body can get. Wellness is not just about dieting or going to the gym; it is about understanding what truly works for our well-being. The body and mind are so cleverly built on one another. They are like pieces to a health puzzle, and when we learn how they interact with one another we find extraordinary steps to further our health.
By diet and exercise, I mean the basic building blocks of a healthy life. I hope to provide you with the tools to identify the best foods and exercises for your body, while also helping you understand why they work so effectively. It all comes back to food fueling our bodies, movement strengthening them and mindset framing the way we view obstacles and successes.
The way I see it, cultivating a positive and resilient mindset is just as important as any workout or meal prep. The principal ingredient in the potion of health and well being.
In fact, holistic health is really what I do here. I will be discussing stress management, sleep quality, and personal growth in this category; all of which help us lead a healthier, content life.

I´m a nature fan at heart. I think that when we get out amongst the trees and can hear birds singing all around us we refill our spirit and renew our dedication to health. I also happen to be huge foodie that likes to cook healthy and tasty meals. Cooking is the perfect way for me to merge nutrition and creativity together, so that our food can be delicious, yet good at the same time.
I think life is all about balance whether that means sipping on tea while working or making memories with people you love. It makes me happy and keeps my engines running the work I am able to do is worthwhile.
